TMCF | Eastern Area Links Finish Line Scholarship

Scholarship Overview

Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and the Eastern Area Links are proud to offer financial assistance to outstanding students attending one of TMCF’s member-schools that include 54 publicly-supported HBCUs, HBCCs, PBIs, medical and law schools. Eighty-one (81) scholars will be selected to receive a need-based scholarship of up to $1,500 for the 2024-2025 academic school year (which can only be applied to verifiable costs associated with average tuition and usual fees).

Open to all majors.

Current cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher.
Be able to demonstrate an unmet financial need.

Eligibility Requirements:

Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate senior graduating in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025.

Be enrolled at one of the following HBCUs listed below during the 2024-2025 academic school year.

- Bowie State University

- Cheyney University

- Coppin State University

- Delaware State University

- Hampton University

- Howard University

- Lincoln University of Pennsylvania

- Morgan State University

- Norfolk State University

- University of the District of Columbia

- University of Maryland Eastern Shore

- University of the Virgin Islands

- University of Virginia at Lynchburg

- Virginia State University

- Virginia Union University
